If you haven't seen Hayao Miyazaki's My Neighbor Totoro, rent it today. Having kids is a good excuse to do so, but it's unnecessary. The movie is just so good. But what made me think of it was this thing the boys found in a little playground near Ebisu Garden Place. It reminds me of Totoro's friend, the flying cat bus (even though this thing they're on is clearly a dog). It will all become clear when you see the film.
