It's not officially summer until we can get the cold sesame noodles with chicken and cucumber at the popular ramen joint down the road. I wish they had it on the menu year round. 
Tukumo Ramen is on Komazawa dori next to Ebisu Prime Square, up the hill a bit from Shibuyabashi. There's always a queue around lunchtime.
