This is the line outside Krispy Kreme at 10 a.m. on a Tuesday. The green sign says it's a 35 min. wait. A new friend of mine, who was born and raised in Tokyo, married a British ex-pat and has a son at the British School, says that on weekends the line snakes around the other side of the building. We passed the donut shop on our way to Takashimaya (huge department store) and Kinokuniya (huge bookstore) in Shinjuku.
